We can not except returns of some items of a sanitary nature like a bidet or items that get consumed in use like a deodorant or perfume.
How can I find my order number?
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. You will also receive an email with your order number when your order ships. And finally, when you receive your order, it will contain a packing slip with your order number.
How Do I Return an Item?
Simple. No need to call us. Box up the item so that it is secure. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible to care for and pack the item adequately so that the item arrives in like-new condition. Returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive at our warehouse. Please allow 10-14 business days after delivery of your product to our facility to process your request.
All items returned within 30 days will receive full credit for the item price but shipping fees will not be refunded. When you return an item, it is your responsibility to make sure the item is complete and well packed. Be aware that if you inadequately pack an item and it gets damaged in transit, the carrier will not pay insurance claims. If you inadequately pack the item and it gets damaged as a result, we will reduce your refund accordingly per our judgement of the damage.
